Tomasz Drozdowicz
A film director and graduate of the University of Silesia's Department of Direction. Producer of teleplays, documentaries, TV shows, video clips, TV commercials. His feature debut was a family disaster comedy “Fur”. Being the former computer science student, he prefers to edit his own films. Instead of becoming a rock star he mixes live concerts - Radiohead, Joe Cocker, Foo Fighters, Ice T., Henry Rollins and many others. He ran the hurdles, played the piano, dropped skiing for snowboarding and sailing for windsurfing. His latest documentary titled “Kolba, na szczęście” was seen by over 2 mln Polish Television viewers. His contribution to the studio, except constant need for improvements, is in optimism, sensibility, reliability and professionalism.
Beata Hyczko
A screenwriter and graduate of the Playwriting Department of the Polish National Film, Television and Theater School (PWSFTviT) in Łódź. An author of all known forms of screenplays – from 8-second-long sponsor billboards to multi-episode TV series. Her feature debut was in April 2007 (“Fur” by Tomasz Drozdowicz), the screenplay for which brought her the “Jantar” award at the Debuts Festival in Koszalin. She has experience working as a copywriter and TV commercial screenwriter (the Tytan, the Dea Award), can write a theater play, an open-air performance, a cabaret sketch, a song. She loves to travel the local roads, swim and dance. She is currently taking tap dance lessons. Her contribution to the studio is in unpredictability and chaos.
